HMS4all™ is an agentic hospital management platform built by clinicians, for hospitals of every size: single-specialty clinics, nursing homes, multi-specialty hospitals and teaching institutions. It is developed by Curasync Technologies LLP, an Indian company founded by a clinician and an engineer.

Why it exists
HMS4all began when a hospital was asked to pay a fortune for software that documented invoices better than illnesses. Most hospital software is designed for the accounts office; the clinical record is an afterthought, a free-text box a tired doctor fills at the end of a long day. We built the record we wished we had been given as residents, and we run our own hospital on it today.
What we believe
Documentation is guided, not blank.Histories, examinations and procedures open as structured templates that a doctor completes in seconds. Every question the teacher would have asked is there, with “not asked” recorded so the record stays honest.
Scores are computed, not recalled. Glasgow Coma Scale, Lund-Browder burn area with the Parkland plan, Fenton and Ballard, the WHO partograph: the arithmetic that goes wrong at 2 a.m. is done by the system and written into the note.
The platform guards once, then trusts the doctor.When a prescription or an order needs a second look, HMS4all raises it a single time, records the clinician’s decision, and never over-rules it. AI drafts and proposes; a clinician writes the record.
What it is
Thirty-seven modules, from reception to discharge: OPD, IPD, wards, ICU, OT, emergency, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, billing and the departments between, each with the instruments its specialty actually uses. Twenty-seven AI agents draft, triage and reconcile across them; a clinical proposal from an agent is never approved automatically, and there is a full audit trail of who decided what, and when. Every hospital runs in its own isolated tenant with role-based access.
Standards we are built on
HMS4all is an NHA-empanelled ABDM partner under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission: ABHA at reception, FHIR R4 records and consent-based health-record sharing. Clinical content follows WHO protocols and ICD-10. The platform is English-first and built on open standards, and its interfaces (REST API, MCP server and A2A skills) let a hospital’s own IT partners and AI tools work with it rather than around it. An independent security assessment (VAPT) has been completed.
The company
Curasync Technologies LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India and a registered MSME. HMS4all™ is its product and trade mark. The company is led by its two designated partners, a practising clinician who runs a hospital and an engineer who builds the platform, and is supported by a small team in implementation, support and digital communication.
